One more day of the cleanse! I wasn’t going to weigh myself till after the 10 days but I stepped on the scale today and saw that I lost 2 lbs! I’ll take my measurements again after my 10th and 24th day. Im actually excited to start my Advocare MNS 3 supplements back up and then start trying the performance elite line after my 24 days challenge. Is it bad that I’m trying to work my budget around so I can buy more spark and start Advocare’s post workout? Seriously, I don’t know how Im going to be able to function and be productive without my Spark! The stuff is amazing! I’m finally getting in to my groove and getting a good routine. Having both my boys in school this year with homework, sports, and packing lunches on top of my work schedule is challenging. I’m getting it done though, it’s all about time management!

Today I ran 4 miles during my lunch break, the after work my WOD was:

A.
Three sets of:
Dumbbell Walking Lunge x 20 steps (30 lb dumbells)
Rest 60 seconds
B.
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Double-Unders x 20 reps
Squats x 10 reps
Rest 1 minute
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Man-Makers x 5 reps(#30 lb dumbells)
Box Jumps x 10 reps
Rest 1 minute
Complete as many rounds and reps as possible in 5 minutes of:
Toes to Bar x 5 reps
Push-Ups x 10 reps

The worst part was the man-makers, I hate man makers. I need to get better about keeping track of my rounds and reps so I can see if I’m improving!
