You know how I said yesterday I wanted to do the workout with 400meter runs? Well I did it today….

It was miserable to do in 95 degree humid North Carolina weather. I mostly WOD at this little Crossfit gym we have at work and if it’s a weekend or I’m running late I workout in my garage. Neither has AC.😱. Today my hands tore soo bad. I ended up doing jumping pull-ups at the end and basically throwing my left wrist over the bar and using it to pull up. Of course it was the one day I forgot to bring my tape so I used some duct tape that was lying around. But I FINISHED and I’m ready to get back in there tomorrow! If you’re wondering I use Crossfit Invictus’ programming. It’s awesome and it’s free on their blog!

Soooo…..I took my measurements, not pretty. Those weeks of celebrating took their toll. I was trying not to go crazy but I wasn’t as disciplined as I normally am either! Here it goes…Weight 145 lbs, Thighs: 21 1/4″ Butt:37.5″, Hips: 35″, Waist:28 3/4″‘ and Chest 30 1/4″. You can obviously tell the areas I need to work on, my lower body is the bane of my existence!
